Who We Are

Diana Rogers Jaeger started her consulting practice for a single purpose–to help organizations harness the power of appreciation to achieve greater success.

Her clients benefit from her more than 12 years of experience in the communications industry and her Master’s degree in adult and continuing education from the University of Oklahoma.

Diana loves to collect experiences and journal about them. She once rappelled 16 stories from a Downtown Oklahoma City skyscraper while wearing a blue wig to raise money for her favorite charity.

Darlene Drew specializes in incorporating fun and appreciation in the workplace. A highlight of her 28-year career is adding Fun to the core values of a government agency and starting an employee Fun Committee, which played an integral role in transforming a dysfunctional workplace into a positive and productive work environment.

Proud to call herself bilingual, Darlene learned American Sign Language from her parents and grandparents. Interpreting for her family taught her from an early age the value of patience, kindness, and making everything visual.
