Morale has risen through the roof at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency due to the efforts of Darlene Drew and Diana Rogers Jaeger. They found ways for us to celebrate our accomplishments and get employees involved that didn’t cost the agency a lot of money. Because of them, we added the “Brag Bell” at our quarterly meetings where employees can get up, ring the bell, and brag on the character or performance of their fellow workers.
