Morale has risen through the roof at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency due to the efforts of Darlene Drew and Diana Rogers Jaeger. They found ways for us to celebrate our accomplishments and get employees involved that didn’t cost the agency a lot of money. Because of them, we added the “Brag Bell” at our quarterly meetings where employees can get up, ring the bell, and brag on the character or performance of their fellow workers. Darlene and Diana are wonderful to work with and outstanding at knowing the best ways to incorporate appreciation into any organization's culture.

The course covered a lot of information, delivered in concise chunks that were easy to absorb. The structure was clear, logical and effective. Diana has obviously put a lot of thought and expertise into designing it. But it wasn’t just about the new knowledge. The main benefits came from group activities, and interacting with Diana and other participants. This format gave me the confidence to implement new techniques immediately.
